Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Ninvo's website, dashboard, API, routing, caching, analytics, and related services. By creating an account or using Ninvo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Ninvo for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and API keys secure, and promptly revoke any key you believe is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Ninvo's breach of these Terms.
3. The service
Ninvo selects and connects to third-party AI models and providers. Model availability, pricing, latency, capabilities, and output quality may change. Ninvo may modify routing decisions, provider selection, and service features to maintain quality, reliability, security, or cost efficiency.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Ninvo to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access it in a way that harms Ninvo, providers, or other users. You must comply with the policies of any model provider used for your request.
5. Charges and credits
Charges, credits, processing fees, and any optimization fee are shown in the dashboard or purchase flow. Taxes may apply. Credits are not bank deposits and may be subject to expiry, refund, or promotional terms disclosed when issued. Ninvo will not introduce a recurring subscription without your agreement.
6. Customer content and model output
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorise Ninvo and its providers to process that content only as needed to deliver and secure the service. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, operational metadata, and optional exact-response caching. Ninvo does not store raw prompt content, although the selected third-party provider receives it to generate a response.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ninvo available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control may affect the service. We may update these Terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service or account contact details.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Ninvo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, or protection of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninvo is provided on an “as available” basis and implied warranties are excluded. Ninvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
